I script my thoughts.

 

Often thoughout the day ​​I state my purpose, recite my affirmations, review my goals and turn any doubts, worries or concerns into questions. Closely monitoring the words that I use.

 

This practice has helped me focus on what is important, direct my actions and paved the way for solutions and answers to surface for my benefit.

 

Over the last couple of years I have worked to turn this practice into an app for my personal use and to share with others.

 

I am happy to announce that SelfTalk. is now available on the App Store! My hope is that you find the practice of scripting your thoughts as beneficial as I have.
